When you book (the moment you sign the registration form or submit a request through the website) a tour with Galapagos Prestige Travel you agree on the following terms and conditions:


The following contract is entered into between GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL and the client, who is the person traveling on a tour operated by the GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL company. The client (s) are subject to have read and understood our travel policy as indicated below. By making a reservation by phone, or through the website, or by email or any means of communication, you accept and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client in relation to the subject here, and will constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, warranty agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions or any promise of reimbursement that is not expressed herein.

At the time of making and guaranteeing the reservation, GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL requires a completed reservation form (either the one on our website or the one sent by us with your quote) or have shared reservation messages between the
GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL agent and the client in which the total confirmation of the client will be indicated, together with the payment of the necessary deposit according to the reservation policy. The adequate time to make your reservation is 30 days before your trip to Ecuador and being possible to reserve with more time in advance, a reservation is accepted and becomes final only from the date on which your deposit was made and at that time there is a contract.  GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL reserves the right to reject any reservation at its discretion, in extreme cases due to transfer or deposit problems,

To confirm and guarantee the Clients the organization of the trip, the client must provide all their identity data with the initial payment or no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. Customer details include passport number, copy of passport data and medical form (if applicable), full name, date of birth, international flight information and nationality, case or mobile phone number for any emergency.

So that our company GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL can confirm and guarantee Clients the organization of their trip; The client must provide all the client data with his final payment at the beginning of the Tour.
Surcharges: To avoid surcharges on your vacations, make your reservation in advance, do not change hotel / Reservations at the last minute, the change of hotel or reservation may affect your reservation with GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL.

An administration fee of US $ 80 per person will be charged if the confirmed reservation is changed or transferred to a different departure date or tour, up to 30 days prior to your trip. Thereafter all changes will be treated as cancellations and subject to charges as follows. Ask for availability for a change of date to the one reserved with GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL and the company is not responsible for inconveniences caused by changes of the client’s date.
If a client is not in a position to travel, and mentions us 20 days in advance, in circumstances that GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL considers reasonable, then the reservation may be transferred to another suitable person, or their money will be returned minus 20% since 10% goes to money transfer payments and the other 10% is administrative expenses, your money will be returned in less than 30 days.

GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL reserves the right to modify any of the facilities, services or prices described in the brochure / website or mails indicated with prices / or quoted with a sales agent. If this change is made, the client will be informed at the time of booking or when the change occurs. Although the company will endeavor to operate all tours since the announced, reasonable changes in the itinerary can be made when deemed necessary or convenient by the Company due to external factors that are not the responsibility of the company.

GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel any trip before execution is guaranteed, but will not cancel the trip less than 30 days before departure.
Your trip is guaranteed to run unless the minimum number indicates otherwise or for factors beyond the control of GALAPGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL. This applies to departures within the range of validity of the brochure or proposed programs.

If the client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, it is a condition of the contract that they tell our local representative at that time. If they do not complain at that time, if later you deny us the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem and thus make GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL cannot accept any type of responsibility. If the customer has a dispute with GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE  TRAVEL and cannot resolve it, please write to us within 28 days of their return and we will continue to investigate for proper handling and resolution of the problem.
Controversies or problems arising from non-compliance of parties will be resolved with the person in charge of the trip or the highest authority of the company.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients who book we recommend that you should cover personal injuries, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, evacuation expenses, cancellation and reduction. It is our policy to check the validity and coverage of your insurance policy and we reserve the right to deny transportation to anyone whose insurance does not meet these criteria. 

We are interested that you enjoy your stay in Ecuador, for which we need to know your food restriction and health behavior, allergies, vegetarians, vegan, dizziness, phobias, asthma and others that can be harmful to your health if it is not controlled properly and should warned in the reservation.

GALAPAGOS TRAVEL is a travel agency accredited by the Ministry of Tourism and registered as a company Ltda. And controlled by the Superintendency of Companies.

The client agrees to accept the authority and decisions of GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL, tour leaders and agents while on vacation. If in the opinion of these persons, the health or conduct of a client at any time, before or after departure appears to jeopardize the progress of the safety, comfort or tranquility of the tour, the client may be excluded from the entirety or part of the tour.
Clients must be in possession of their respective identity documents, and are responsible for carrying a valid passport, visa, where appropriate, and the vaccination certificates required for their entire trip.

Reservations are accepted on the understanding that they appreciate the possible risks inherent in adventure travel and that the visits, excursions or expeditions, which appear in our programs, are carried out at their own will. It is also important to understand that the most meticulous arrangements can go wrong.
The company obliges to provide its services with the necessary diligence, so that the entire trip goes perfectly, we will strive to serve you as well as possible.
GALAPAGOS PRESTIGE TRAVEL does not assume any responsibility for force majeure, climatic phenomena or natural phenomena that may occur before or during the trip, or for any eventuality that may make any trip uncomfortable or difficult, or for any delay or obstruction of your trip of any way and does not guarantee the failure of the company, either for the total or partial execution of the provision of the services that the Company has promised to provide, which may have been affected by the aforementioned factors.

We cannot accept any responsibility for cancellations or delays in any of your planned flights within Ecuadorian territory, if the cancellation or delay is due to adverse weather conditions, the rescheduling of the airline, the authority airport and / or the action air traffic controllers, or problems outside our company.
Our company will endeavor to solve your travel itinerary, and that any inconvenience is solved and nothing is affected by air delays.

Our advertising media are updated every year, except for prices or last minute or last minute promotions.
